NOTE: All percentages herein (except Concessions) apply to the"Net", defined as
Gross Ticket Sales less Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) & CIF Surcharge.

Conferences, Meetings, Seminars, Graduations, etc. $1,250.00 per day plus HST

STAFF COSTS - over and above rental fee (Plus HST):

NOTE: The number of staff used for each event is determined
by the Technical Coordinator and House Manager according to their needs.

Technicians (3 minimum at minimum 4 hours each) - $ 27.50 per hour

Meal break before 5 hrs. or meal penalty charged. Overtime at 1.5 after 10 hrs. of working time.

Stagehands (as required, minimum call - 4 hours each) - $ 21.50 per hour

Meal break before 5 hrs. or meal penalty charged. Overtime at 1.5 after 10 hrs. of working time.

Riggers (as required, minimum call - 4 hours each) - $ 38.00 per hour

House Manager - $ 27.50 per hour

1 per show, on duty one hour before showtime and 1 hour after.

Ushers - $ 15.00 per hour

minimum 7 on duty - one hour before showtime and 15 minutes after.

OTHER COSTS :

HST	-	Harmonized Sales Tax: 15% on base ticket price
CIF	-	Capital Improvement Fund Surcharge: $1.50 per ticket printed
Box Office Fee	-	The greater of 6% of Net Ticket Sales OR $200.00 minimum per performance plus HST
Ticket Printing	-	$.07 per ticket printed Plus HST
SOCAN Licence Fee	-	3% Ticket Sales (after tax) VS $35.00 minimum plus HST
Piano Tuning	-	$90.00 (touchup $48.00 if required) Plus HST
Concessions	-	20% Net Sales (Gross Sales less HST)Plus HST
Bar Services	-	Exclusive to Arts Centre (Bar Manager - 494-2667)
Deposit	-	$1,250.00 due upon signing contract
